The Ayoku Healing & Retreat Center is a private corporate retreat that provides a conference center, hoteling, and recreational and wellness amenities all on a secluded 51-acre rural site. The site master plan is includes the adaptive reuse of an existing horse-riding barn & stables that will be renovated into a conference center. A new Wellness Complex will include a European-style Bath House, a Yoga Studio, a Day-Spa, and a Cafeteria for food vendor hosting with a retail/welcome center. The site will include four Bungalow Villages (36 total), a mix of 600 and 800 square foot tiny homes for hoteling. A 5,000 square foot Executive House will be built for the Owner. Other existing structures include an A-framed chapel adjacent to a pond and three housing structures that will be renovated for staff housing.
