The Coast RTA OMF and Passenger Transfer Station will serve the Grand Strand region with passenger transit services and will accommodate the region’s public transit operations. The Administrative Building will house administrative offices, conference areas, training rooms, and staff support areas, and is planned to be conjoined with the maintenance facility. The maintenance facility will accommodate light and heavy duty vehicle maintenance and will include tool/supply rooms and storage. Other tertiary buildings on site will include Vehicle fueling and fare collection, a Vehicle Wash, and covered vehicle storage areas
