A two-story 19,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for The City of Murfreesboro – Water Resource Division. Complete renovation of the first and second floor with new a new lobby, renovated kitchens on both levels,build out on the second floor for new document storage.  New design for an automated bill pay teller and canopy system.  An enlarged parking lot was designed to accomodate the new occupants of the building.
